Ordering and Boring Stuff
The easiest way to get some kick ass quirky wedding shoes is to contact me via any method so we can get chatting about what you want.
I prefer my clients to supply their own shoes to ensure they fit etc although I can help with supplying shoes if necessary.
We will discuss you ideas and share pics for inspiration or set up our own Pinterest board to exchange our ideas. I will calculate my costs and will quote you based on our discussions and your requirements. My quote will include my time researching your order, my time creating your bespoke item, and includes costs for the materials I use. I will promise you that no-one will get more excited about the process as me, I love the whole planning bit as much as I love the creating stage and I will be on hand to answer any questions you have throughout the process.
I accept payments via Paypal (you don’t even need an account), bank transfer, and personal cheque although I will wait for cleared funds prior to commencing work.
I ask for full payment prior to starting work although I can discuss other payment options if necessary.
I will not share images or tag you in these images via social media without your permission.
Postage costs are not included in the quotes unless specified. My preferred postage method is via royal mail special delivery. I will retain proof of postage, and I will supply tracking numbers for my items.
I cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post or for receipt of items by anyone else other than my clients.
My items are all handmade by me and no-one else. I do not replicate or copy my previous creations and should similar styles be required they are always created individually and therefore no two items are ever the same.
My work is completed to the highest standards with care and love and my items should be treated with TLC. Due to the delicate nature of the materials used, excessive or careless use can result in damage to the items. Avoid unnescessary exposure to heat, direct sunlight, water, perfume or chemicals as they can affect the adhesive used.
If required I do offer a ‘repair’ service although this will be charged at the discretion of revive me boutique.
Due to the nature of the service offered I do not accept returns on custom made products. I will ensure that my products leave me in prefect condition and therefore any problems with sizing etc is not the responsibility of revive me boutique. Non custom items can be considered for return but only where items are deemed faulty (not including normal wear). This does not affect your statutory rights.I pride myself on the highest possible customer service and as such I will do anything I can to ensure you are happy with the service provided.
I can create items to meet specific deadlines but in general my items usually take between 4-6 weeks to create. Depending on the time of year this may be longer, however You will always be informed and I will never agree to undertake work that I cannot create in the time.
Now that bit is done, go take a look at my work.
